We at C & G believe we can offer a first class service offering the highest quality UPVC roofline products with full BBA Accreditation. Profiles have been tested and achieve the most stringent quality standards including ISO9001/2 and BS7619 for weather resistance, colour stability and surface finish.

Replacing your old fascias, soffits and bargeboards in high quality UPVC will really enhance the appearance of your property. Old timbers can often look very unsightly and when decay starts painting is no longer an option. Complete replacement is the long term solution, however, beware of very "cheap" capping options which we believe not to be a successful solution.

Our products meet the highest standards including ISO9001/2; BS7619; BS4619; BS1506 and many more including corrosion resistive tests and fire resistance tests with a Class 1 rating.

The extremes of Scottish weather can be harsh therefore as well as quality products, installation detail is of paramount importance:-

Strip and remove all timbers

Replace battens or the feet of roof rafters as required with tanalised timber.

Install high quality UPVC roofline products inclusive of all necessary fittings (fix with plastic headed marine grade stainless steel nails)

Conform with current building standards including recommendations for ventilation

Replace with suitable rainwater system (choice of colours)

Include dry verge tiling where applicable

Completely maintenance free your UPVC will never warp, crack, peel or rot and comes with a comprehensive 15 year guarantee.
